Guru Nanak University is sensitive to the special needs of individuals with disabilities. The University is committed to meet their accessibility needs and in this regards have taken several measures. All its buildings including hostels have ramps constructed for ease of access. In addition, walking aids and wheel chairs are available. The institution buildings have special toilets designed with handle bars for use by students and employees with disability.
