The objectives of the club are to promote a healthy lifestyle and fitness among students,
provide a platform for students to engage in physical activities. Under the guidance of our
mentors, Dr. Amrinder Singh and Dr. Srinivasa Rao Pachava,
MYAS-GNDU Department of Sports Sciences and Medicine, the club regularly organizes fitness
sessions including yoga, aerobics, cyclothons, etc. The club will also organize talks by
experts on fitness, health, and wellness.
The Fitness Club at GNDU serves as a comprehensive wellness hub that promotes physical fitness,
healthy living, and holistic well-being among students. The objectives of the club are:
Physical Health Enhancement
