Research Activities
Research Activities
The niche area of research of this department is Sports Sciences in its various
disciplines with an endeavour of elicit evidence for current sporting practice.
This includes all areas of sports science from nutrition, sports and exercise
physiology, training methods as well as kinesiological EMG. The department is
also actively involved in research in the area of application of exercise to
lifestyle medicine.
