**Seats for reserved categories will be subsequently
calculated on the final tally of seats filled in case of increased

- Any other examination recognized equivalent there to.
Admission shall be made on the basis of Guru Nanak Dev University
Management Entrance Test (GMET) to be conducted by the University
Business School.
Joint Counseling shall be conducted for MBA (Two Years) courses being
run by the University at different Centres and for MBA (Financial
Management), MBA (Marketing Management) and MBA (Human Resiurce
Management) courses by the Coordinator.

Research Activities
University Business School is a prestigious Management Institute
carrying out research in the area of Marketing, Finance, Human
Resource Management and International Business. The School has
produced Ph.Ds in the area of Strategic Management, Relationship
Marketing, Green Marketing, Service Marketing etc. In the area of
Finance the research is focused on the Banking Sector, Insurance
Sector and the evaluation of taxation policies of the government of
India. Research work has also been carried out relating to the
environment protection. A good number of publication has been made
in the area International Business, namely, Trade among SAARC
Countries, Impact of WTO on Indian Economy and working of
Multi-National Corporations in India. A good number of studies and
published work has been carried out in the area of Human Resource
Management namely, The Job Satisfaction among the working class and
living and working conditions of workers in the unorganized sector.
The School has also focused research in the area of Ethics and
Social Responsibility of Business, Health Sector in India.
